Acceptance: Use of a membership benefits constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
E-Vouchers: The e-Voucher must be presented if you wish to use and/or redeem at the time of prior booking. E-Vouchers are valid seven days a week (excluding Black-out Dates) until the expiry date of your subscription after that all the available vouchers will expire. Validity will not be extended beyond the stated expiration date. It may not be used in conjunction with any other discount/promotion.
Membership: Membership cannot be resold, auctioned, or exchanged for monetary value.
Black-out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, Eid El-Fitr, Eid El-Adha and other local national holidays.
Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to five (5) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued if any of the membership benefits have been utilized.
If the service of one of the contracting companies’ “Stakeholders “leaves the network of service providers & an alternative company is not provided with the same sector & services, the subscription holder has the right to cancel his subscription, the subscription value is returned in full if he has not used it with any other contracting party, i.e., he has not used any of the membership benefits.
A withdrawal commission will be deducted if the payment was through a credit or debit bank card.
A value of JD 5 will be deducted (collection fees) if the payment is in cash.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisees, licensors or licensors of any stakeholder that may accept the benefits of membership herein, any of their affiliates or affiliates, directors, agents, directors or employees, or the owner or marketing agent of the membership program (hereinafter collectively, the "Protected Parties") be liable for anything indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting its generality, including in that any loss, cost or damage suffered or incurred by the Member or others, arising out of defects, negligence, delay, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, liabilities, liabilities, indebtedness, breach of contract, breach of duty or any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misconduct, irregularities or damages of every kind, nature or type suffered by Members or others, as a result of conduct, or the inaction of Art Finer, Restaurants or any of its service providers , agents or employees in relation to the benefits provided to the Member in this document. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Member as a subscription for membership in the Membership Program.

In no way is Addahouk for General Trading liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Member of or others arising agents effects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non –performance, including all claims demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or any relationship liability for acts omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by the Member of or others resulting from the action or inaction of the Stakeholder company, its agents or employees.
